After you restart each device, see if you fixed the issue. If it does not work with any network then it's the iPod. I'm thinking you may have an antenna issue.

If you get closer to the router, within 3 feet will it work? Have you attempted to Reset the iPod? Or to Restore? Save Restore as your nuclear option, just remember to backup your iPod to your computer before your Restore or you will lose information. If a Restore to New does not solve your issue, then you most likely have a hardware issue like a lose or broken antenna. Schedule an appointment and have Apple evaluate your iPod. If it is a bad antenna, You can replace the iPod, Apple does not fix with a refurbished one, it's cheaper than buying new, have a third party service center repair it or repair it yourself if your up for the challenge.

Good luck. Yes, it connected to another network, for some reason it wont connect to mine. I'm right next to the router, but my other devices work, so I don't know if its the network or the iPod. I took it to a store home button was broken and they were able to connect it to their Wi-Fi, so I guess it isn't a problem inside the iPod.

But, as I said, the three phones in my family all connect, CPU connects, other iPods connect, Xbox connects, my sister's laptop connects, and my tablet connects I just got the iPod back from repairing the home button and I reset it wasn't able to before, assistive touch home button wouldn't let me reset and it still wont connect. Its weird, because the Wi-Fi bars under the Wi-Fi settings will be shown blue as if its connected It wont have the check next to it, it will only show the loading spinning symbol; I've left the iPod open and it just keeps loading, it wont say unable to connect, and obviously it wont connect however the bars are not next to the word "iPod" at the top of the screen.
